We run credit checks, employment verification, rental verification, and all other necessary background checks in order to find a quality tenant that you feel is suitable for your location. In addition we do extensive free advertising through our professional website, along with daily postings on all the premier rental listing marketing websites including ZILLOW, TRULIA, REALTOR.COM, FACEBOOK, & HOTPADS. We can also post your listing on MLS, giving it exposure to all registered Massachusetts brokers/agents and their clients.
Rental Listing Services
There is NO FEE to list your property with us. The listing is kept open, so if at any time you find a tenant on your own you have no contracted obligation to our services/fees. We charge nothing for our service until a tenant you approve signs leases, at which point we charge a one-time 1/2 month fee to the landlord. We can handle all of the leases for you. Tenancy at Will and/or Fixed Term. Full property management services for your rental are always an option, personalized for your property's needs.
