A credit check is required to be considered for any of our rentals. We run your credit at no cost to you, and we keep your sensitive information private.
We ask for a deposit with your application because we encourage only serious inquires. If your application is accepted, the 1/2 month deposit becomes the Broker Fee. If your application is denied, the 1/2 month deposit is FULLY REFUNDABLE.

We've worked with all types of income verification, but traditional the 2 most recent pay stubs are required. Offer letters, bank statements, etc. can be used as well.
A copy of your driver's license is what we typically require. Passports may be used as well.
Some of our landlords require Renter's Insurance. A lot of times your Car Insurance provider has an add-on for Renter's - just call and ask! Average cost is $15/mo.
Each rental and landlord are different. We work for the landlords to ensure quality tenants for their properties. Typically, a minimum Credit Score of 600 is required for those over 18 year old. The minimum combined annual income requirement for each rental varies on the monthly rent. Landlord references are also required.
